Team
Leaders and managers have a number of roles in agile organizations, including setting product or service directions, making staffing decisions, and assisting team members with professional development. In contrast, traditional management often relies more so on command rather than personal influence. For agile teams, the opposite needs to be true to achieve the best outcomes.
We use Agile project management methodologies in recent years just as most organizations adapt agile methodologies to win market share. Competition in the market, shorter product lifecycles and aiming to reach quality with less budget drives us as an organization to adapt agile methodologies that are now core to our culture.

In Our Headlights....
As an organization, we operate in an Agile Scrum Framework environment.
Scrum specifies three major roles that play a part on the Scrum Team: Product Owner, Scrum Master, and Development team member. Besides these roles, we have Stakeholders. As a large enterprise, there are several Business Analysts (BA) and other disciplines involved in software implementation projects.
So then, we are always looking for sharp people who have valuable skill sets to enhance our development teams.
If our journey interests you, get in touch when we are hiring, so we can determine if there is a mutual fit. In the meantime, feel free to forward your CV or resume to avbarbour86@proton.me for an initial review and further consideration.
